traits theory.
2. Big 5 theory normally used to measure personality. The five major personalities that been
described are listed as below:
- Extroversion - comfort level with relationship
- Agreeableness - individual propensity to defer to other people
- Conscientiousness - a measure of reliability
- Emotion stability - ability of person to handle stress
- Openness to experience - one range of interest and fascination with novelty
3. Since this is among the earliest theory, the signification sometimes is not correlated.
