Hersey-Blanchard



1. Hersey-Blanchard Leadership Model divide employee into four categories.

2. There are R1 (low skill,low confident), R2 (low skill,confident), R3 (skill,low
confident) and R4 (skill,confident).

3. Each of it will be approach with directing, coaching, supporting and delegating
methods.

4. However, there always exception for small minority group of employee or employer.

5. They will be put under R0 category.

6. Because they are so useless and f*c*ed up, even Hersey and Blanchard don't dare
to categorized them.

7. Take your time, definitely you will spot them among yourselves.

8. Nah...i found three or four in mine.
